If you like anime style or not, doesn't change the fact that makers did a hell of a job. The best looking fighter out there now, period. but I must say that holy hell the game looks absolutely amazing. If it looks nice then it's a bonus but gameplay and atmosphere is what really takes a cake for me. I'm not really a graphic **** to be honest. But now, the game makes a comeback, and what a comeback it is. Even though BlazBlue that came now was there to kinda vanquish the thirst of players that were longing for a sequel, the feeling was not really the same.
But Guilty Gear is much older and draws it's roots from the first PSX days.
If it gives you BlazBlue vibe, then you have to know that it's from the same creators. Guilty Gear franchise is something that probably older players will remember.
